"We fought hard all the way until the end," said Brad Jackson, head coach of the Western Washington University men's basketball team. "It was just one of those nights where if we could have gotten a couple shots to fall at the end we would have won."
The team came out for the second half with a small lead, but watched it slip away and lost to Central Washington University 89-82 on the road in the teams final regular season road game. It was the first loss for the year on the road for the Vikings.
