​A robbery was reported by a woman who said her purse was stolen near Laurel Park at about 6 p.m. Tuesday, according to a Western news release.

​The suspect, who hasn't been caught yet, was reported to be wearing blue jeans and a black sweatshirt and was unarmed.

​Residents of this area are being advised to stay alert and contact the Bellingham Police with any information that may help their search for the suspect.
